Our shipping policy is simple and transparent:

• • Orders over $100 qualify for free shipping (mainland China only)
• • Orders under $100 incur a flat shipping fee of $5
• • Shipping to Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan, and international destinations is calculated based on location and package weight, and displayed at checkout
• • Express shipping requires an additional $5 rush fee

4. Order Processing Time

Every crystal is carefully selected and inspected to ensure it ships in perfect condition:

• • Orders placed on business days (Monday–Friday) are picked, inspected, and packed within 24 hours
• • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day
• • Custom items require handcrafting and take 3–7 business days to process; exact timing is shown on the order confirmation page
• • During promotional events, processing may take an additional 1–2 business days due to high order volume

To protect your interests, please note the following when receiving your package:

• • Personal receipt — Please accept delivery in person when possible; if someone else will receive it, let us know in advance
• • Inspect on arrival — Check the outer packaging for damage, deformation, or water stains before signing
• • Record unboxing — We recommend filming an unboxing video. If you find any damage or missing items, please contact customer service within 48 hours
• • Damaged packages — If the outer packaging is clearly damaged, you may refuse delivery and contact us immediately. We'll arrange a replacement or refund
